"Thank You, Mr. Adamson"

July 25, 2007 - I wrote Mr. Adamson a few weeks ago.  He emailed me back.  Mr. Adamson is a great man.  God put him at Bonny Oaks for a reason and I believe he has fulfilled that what the Lord wanted him to do for the kids that were there at Bonny Oaks.  I only have good things to say about him.

I remember in 1974 when I went to camp and won a contest, he was so happy for me that I entered another contest and I came in first place.  He was happy for me again.  I love him so much and and may God bless him for his birthday on the 25th of July.

July 30, 2007 -  I am so sorry that we missed Mr. Adamson's birthday.  I wanted to be with him on that day.  We had other plans but we do wish him the best.  Like I said before, God put him and his wife in our life for a reason.  Only the Lord knows why he put him there.  Mr. Adamson has touched so many people's lives in a good way, we cannot pay him for the things he has done for us.  When I say, Mr. Adamson, I thank you for all you have done for the kids at Bonny Oaks, I mean it from my heart.  No, it was not all good and it was not all bad so we have to put them all together and we can be happy.  Mr. Adamson, I thank you for the time you took us to your church for the good old Christmas dinner and the good old songs.  Those were some good times I remember.  You came over and took us swimming on a Sunday.   You're a man whom God sent to take care of his little children.  I feel in my heart you did what God told you to do for us.  The Lord is going to take care of you because you took care of us.  Let not your heart be troubled because he sees and he cares for you.  I will always love you for the great things you have done for me.  Every time I see your picture on the computer I say, "Look at God, you are still here with us so you cannot leave us until God says so and he is not ready for you to come home yet.  You still have a little work to do and people to see".

Much love,

Charles Calloway
