"Thank You, Mr. Adamson"

My name is  Allen Atcheson, I was there from 1979 - 1984.   Mr. Adamson was very influential to me, a confused child.  I recall a time when he allowed me to take over the office coke machine.  He drew up a contract with guide lines on how to operate my new small business.  Amazing enough it paid for my clothing while I was living there and put extra money in my pocket.  One of the clauses in the contract was that I had to give 10% away.  I did not understand, but Mr. Adamson made it clear to me that God gave me the ability to earn this money and that 10% wasn't mine.  It was an experience that I carried with me through out my business career.  I still give at least 10% away, except  I call it tithing and it goes to the church that I attend.  I remember spending a lot of time in his office while he taught me the ins and outs of life and how to be an adult.

One thing is for sure, one day God will welcome him into his kingdom with open arms and say "well done thou good and faithful servant".

Thank you for being there for me as a child.
